Lindsey Bales is a writer and former fashion blogger in the 2010s, a former teacher, a trained librarian, and published poet. She received her undergraduate in English Literature from the University of Missouri and her Master’s in Library Science & Information Services and Education from the University of Central Missouri. She grew up in Missouri, but most currently lives in Minnesota. She spent most of her childhood around her many cousins, camping and shooting her bow and arrow with her dad, crafting with her mom, obsessing over clothes she couldn’t afford, and playing the Nancy Drew detective games on her family computer.
Since she got back online in 2022 after years of being a burnt out fashion blogger, she has been sharing her hot takes and outfits on Tiktok and Substack, and has been interviewed and cited for her knowledge and takes across many mainstream media outlets including The Business of Fashion, The Voice of Fashion, The New York Post, Buzzfeed, and many more. She is a freelance photographer and writer, published writer and poet, and researcher while raising her daughter.
